Guests often think of outdoor swimming in the summer, but pool closures at Disney World can put a damper on your spring trip. Here's what you need to know about the pool refurbishments happening at Disney World right now.
The Fuentes del Morro pool at Caribbean Beach Resort will continue to be closed until late March 2024. While construction may be in progress, you can use any of the other leisure pools at Caribbean Beach Resort for your swimming needs.
If you're staying at the French Quarter resort, the Doubloon Lagoon pool will be closed for refurbishment until April 2024. During this time, guests can use the Ol' Man Island pool at Port Orleans - Riverside. Note that the Mardi Grogs pool bar will also be closed.

Magic Kingdom: Country Bear Jamboree, a beloved classic, is currently being reimagined and is expected to reopen with a fresh new show this summer. If you want to commemorate this attraction, check out the collectible plush set featuring Teddi Barra, Big Al, and Henry.
Also at Magic Kingdom, Splash Mountain is closed and undergoing a transformation to become Tiana's Bayou Adventure, based on The Princess and the Frog. Will this new ride require a virtual queue when it opens?
Over on Tom Sawyer Island, the barrel bridge has been removed for refurbishment. The exact return date is unknown, but we hope it will be back soon.
Disney's Hollywood Studios: Fans of the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster will have to wait until summer for its reopening. We'll keep you updated with any developments.
The Voyage of the Little Mermaid show has permanently closed at Hollywood Studios, making way for an all-new stage show called 'The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure', set to debut in Fall 2024.
EPCOT: The restaurant Marrakesh may technically be open, but it's currently only functioning as a lounge. Stay tuned for its full return.
Disney's Animal Kingdom: Kali River Rapids is expected to reopen on March 16th after its winter refurbishment. Take note if this is one of your must-rides.
